Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Refund Policy.
1) Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the size and or amount of items.
- Pickup at one of our weekly Christchurch markets
- All of NZ tracked> 2-5 business days: $3.50 - one small item
- All of NZ > rural: $8.50 - one small item
- All of NZ tracked> 2-5 business days: $6.00
- All of NZ > rural: $11.00
- International delivery $20
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
The Baughman's Bees ship to P.O. boxes within New Zealand.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and separate tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Baughman's Bees are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Baughman's Bees are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship international.
2) Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Also we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if you are approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item you are shipping is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we will receive your returned item.
